For minced meat:

  • 400 g minced lamb
  • 50 g chopped onions
  • 20 g butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 nutmeg caps
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 4 Plain Clips (Free Grab)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 80 g walnuts

For sauce:

  • 350 g dried apricots
  • 1 minced onion
  • 40 g butter
  • 15 cl meat broth
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 nutmeg
  • 1 black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons honey

To apply:

  • 4 walnuts

  1. Toast the walnuts in the oven for 3 minutes and then rubbed with a cloth to rid it of the shell and then grind.
  2. In a skillet over low heat brown the onions in the butter.
  3. In a bowl, mix the minced meat with spices, walnut dough, parsley and roasted onions to get a homogeneous mixture. The dough is made of medium-sized quirat and kept.
  4. Remove the plum nuclei and open the apricot with the head of the knife.
  5. In a cooker over low heat brown onions in melted butter while stirring until it takes a golden color. Place the dry fruits on the onion, add the spices and then the meat broth. Cover the pot and let all simmer until the broth coagulates. Fruit watered with honey, gently move and then remove the cooker from the fire.
  6. Fruits stuffed with minced meat are served with broth and garnished with roasted walnuts.
  7. This stuffed fruit can be served as an accompanying dish for barbecues or fried.
