For minced meat balls:

  • 500 g minced lamb
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 4 nutmeg caps
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cloves
  • 2 tablespoons oil

For the sauce :

  • 300 g small onions
  • 10 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron
  • 50 Cell Chicken Broth

To apply :

  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 200 g plum compote (click on the link in the preparation method)
  • 1 tablespoon roasted sesame

  1. Mix the minced meat with the rest of the ingredients except oil. Wrap the minced meat in food plastic and leave for an hour.
  2. Prepare minced meat and roast in two tablespoons of oil, drain and retain.
  3. In the same saucepan the butter is melted in oil, add the onion and let brown for 10 minutes on low heat. Add the chicken broth and spices, then cover the pot and leave on the fire until the broth coagulates.
  4. 10 minutes before the cooker is removed from the fire, place the minced meat balls over the onion.
  5. Make lots of plum compote and sprinkle with sesame.
  6. Quirates are accompanied by onions, decorated with boiled egg circles, plum compote and watered with gravy.
