Sliced catfish with praline almonds and walnuts

  • 2 500g catfish slices per slice

  • 100 g butter

For sauce:

  • 50 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon margarine (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron bristles
  • 1 cinnamon stick

  1. Mix the salt with black pepper and saffron and paint the fish fillets and enter the refrigerator.
