For minced meat:

  • 150 g minced lamb
  • 2 cinnamon cloves
  • 2 ginger snacks
  • 2 black pepper sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon cilantro
  • 20 g chopped onions

To Soup :

  • 100 g pastry tongue
  • 50 g chopped onions
  • 1 tsp margarine
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 6 saffron bristles
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 small bouquet of coriander
  • 1.5 liter water

To apply:

  • Minced coriander

  1. In a bowl, mix all the amounts of minced meat and prepare them as the size of olives.
  2. In a cooker over low heat brown the onion in the margarine and oil until it becomes transparent.
  3. Add the meatballs and roast from all sides. Quirat minced meat is removed from the pot and kept.
  4. Add water and when boiling, add spices, bouquet of cilantro and leave the cooker on low heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Add pastries and kofta. When the pastry is cooked, the pot is removed from the fire.
